Our story
Payresa was founded in 1976 by Eloísa Zumaquero and Antonio Jiménez González, who saw a growing demand for flooring in Malaga that no specialist was meeting. What began as a small shop has grown over almost five decades into a business group with three divisions and a presence throughout Andalusia and the rest of mainland Spain.

40 m² specialising in carpets, wallpaper and PVC in Malaga.

Second shop and first installations
Calle Eugenio Gross. We start installing floors in private homes.

Over the years, the Payresa Group has specialised its activity into several complementary divisions, all sharing the same commitment to quality and service that has defined the company since 1976.
Payresa
Sale, distribution and installation of flooring and wall coverings for private clients and construction projects. Parquet, floorboards, vinyl flooring, PVC, carpets, ceilings and doors. Personal service from our shop in Malaga and across the Costa del Sol.
Payrepar
Founded in 2003, Payrepar handles the distribution, supply and specialist installation of parquet and floorboards throughout Andalusia. Outlets in Malaga, Marbella and Estepona, with a sales team serving installers and distributors.
Payresport
A division set up in 2006 specialising in sports equipment, tennis and padel courts, children's playgrounds (installed to UNE-EN 1176 standards), artificial grass and street furniture. It works with public authorities, sports clubs and facility developers throughout southern Spain.

One installation price for every material
At Payresa we charge the same for installation whatever material you choose. What varies is the price of the product. So from the very first quote you know exactly what you will pay, with no hidden costs.
Random technical inspections on site
One of our own technicians makes unannounced inspection visits to our installers while they are working on site. We don't wait for the client to spot a problem: we prevent it before it happens.
How we work, from the first call to handover
Every installation follows the same procedure under our quality system, with its own job file and records at every stage.
Enquiry and estimate
You contact us by phone, email, the form or in the shop. A sales adviser answers your questions, takes the details of the job and gives you an estimate, which is subject to the technician's measurements.
Exact measurements by a technician on site
If the estimate works for you, a technician measures up at your home or on site and notes what each job needs: the condition of the subfloor, whether the screed needs correcting, skirting boards, doors and how the material will be unloaded.
Final quote and timescale
With the actual measurements we draw up the final quote. The timescale is set according to the type of installation and is planned from the measuring visit.
Job file and material preparation
Once you accept, we open a job file with the measurements, the signed quote and the order. A coordinator reviews it, and the material is prepared in our warehouse or ordered from the manufacturer if it is not in stock.
Installation with an inspection report
The installers work from a job sheet that sets out exactly what needs to be done. When they finish, they check point by point the finish, expansion joints, skirting boards, sealing and site cleaning.
Quality control and your sign-off
A technician validates the installation and you sign to confirm you are satisfied with the work. If you are not there when we finish, we call you to make sure everything is to your liking.
Clients and sectors
Our experience covers the whole spectrum of the sector: from homeowners who want to renew the floor in their home to developers who need parquet installed in large developments, as well as hospitals, hotels, shopping centres and national restaurant chains.
In construction, we work mainly on houses and flats, regularly partnering with builders and developers. We also have a long track record on larger projects, especially hospitals (where we mainly install PVC flooring), as well as hotels and shopping centres.
For private clients, the process starts with a free technical visit to your home so we can prepare a detailed quote. For builders and developers, we work to the project specifications and submit our tender directly.
We work regularly throughout Andalusia and travel to anywhere in Spain when a project requires it.
